Term of Service
Welcome to Lokshin Rentals (the “Platform”). The Platform is provided by Lokshin Rentals and these terms of service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of our Platform, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through our Platform, whether as a guest or a registered user.
Please read the Terms carefully before using our Platform. By using our Platform, you confirm that you accept these Terms and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Platform.
1. Accounts and Registration
In order to use certain features of the Platform, you will need to register for an account. You may be required to provide certain information in order to register for an account, such as your name and email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Lokshin Rentals immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
2. Listings
All Listings on the Platform are posted by individuals and are not endorsed by Lokshin Rentals. We do not make any representations or warranties about any Listing or the accuracy of the information provided in any Listing. You should use caution and exercise your own judgment when using the Platform.
3. Fees
We may charge fees for certain services, such as listing fees for landlords, or service fees for tenants. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time, and will provide notice of any fee changes on the Platform.
4. Intellectual Property
The Platform and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof), are owned by Lokshin Rentals, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your use of the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason, including for violation of these Terms.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Platform or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Platform. You expressly agree that your use of the Platform is at your sole risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Lokshin Rentals, its directors, officers, employees, agents, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform or with the delay or inability to use the Platform, or for any information, software, products, or services obtained through the Platform, or otherwise arising out of the use of the Platform, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of damages.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
